Bottled water and a healthy snack will be provided. I will be conducting the teaching.
Bring your Yoga mat (if you need one, let me know. I sell excellent mats for only $25.00 - cash or check acceptable. Checks made out to Marcia Loffredo).
A 15 min. break will be held about half way through.
