In Connecticut, I started taking Yoga classes in 1998 with Barbara Ruzansky, owner of West Hartford Yoga Studio. I fell in love with Yoga and practiced it on a regular basis. I couldn’t wait to get to the next class.  Barbara guided me in the right direction when I asked about teacher training.

In 2002 I spent 9 glorious days at the Wisdom House in Litchfield, CT. hills where I received a well-rounded education from Lex Gillan and his staff.  Lex owns the Yoga Institute of Houston, TX.  I learned the basis of Yoga teaching, chanting, meditation, health, and the business of yoga.  This was my first teacher certification.  I then joined Yoga Alliance.

I love teaching Yoga. When my hubby, Lou, and I retired to TN, I really retired!  I did not realize how much I missed teaching Yoga.  Long story short, thank God for my neighbors here, I started teaching again.   We are truly blessed to be here.
